Nice and comfy, expensive but great service.

The hotel restaurants give great options. We didn't get the chance to visit the 2 Michelin star one, but the second one, Jardin d'hiver, was really good. It offers the cuisine and service of a fancy restaurant at a more affordable price and relaxed ambiance.

Gracious and we'll maintained, with balconies overlooking a fountain and park for some rooms. A short walk to the magnificent Chateau Chantilly, with its extensive art displayed in stunning rooms, and the adjacent museum of horses.

Very good service with friendly staff. However, the amenities are more of a 4-star than 5-star. We had a queen-size bed (instead of king-size) with a very small room with cotton duvet (whereas a standard 5-star in France should have plume de canard, or duck feathers). The indoor turkish pool was nice but way too small. The service by the pool was unfortunately lackluster - we asked for tea at night but was replied to saying they no longer served tea. This is unacceptable. If you cannot afford to have people bring hot water, then please install a machine that will does so by itself.

Great spa, great hôtel, great bar. Close to the wonderful Chantilly domain. I definitely recommend this place for a peaceful weekend away from the city.

The hotel has an informal restaurant, and an exciting one that boasts a Micheline star which it well merits.

Suppose you are visiting your awfully wealthy grandfather at his. Whilst driving up the driveway to park your well sought after car. You find to your utter dispair that there is only one parking space left, which just happens to be placed without roof for your car.
This stay has been sort of like that. Me and my family has had everything we could ever have wanted, so much that we could not find one single apperance of non well-being. We had infact so much greatness thrown our way that it almost bombarded us. Enough with the non-sense, thanks for an uplifting and marvelous stay. Che8Rs /D

Location is perfect as Auberge Jeu de Paume is practically a part of the domain of Chantilly.
Everything is exactly what you'd expect from a 4* hotel and a relais et châteaux member.

This place was incredible. Love love love. We checked in around 12:30 pm on Aug 19 2017. And to our surprise the room was ready. We were escorted to a beautiful suite. That over looked the English gardens of the chateau. We also had full access to the minibar. The staff treat myself and my family like rolyalty and it felt great after staying at the Le Grand in Paris. The beds were comfy robes and slippers were exquisite. With our hotel package we got access to the castle and horse stables. The bathroom was nicely done huge tub and rain fall shower. We checked out the spa the indoor pool was warm. I only wish it was salted. The saunas were incredible all in all love love love. My husband son and myself we ended the night in the bathrobes and slippers and ordered room service and watched French tv. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast and it was great. I will say this was the perfect end to our time in franc eit was relaxing and just what we needed for the long flight back to the states
