I have fresh very BAD experience with AVIS in Lyon. During pickup I was given contract with estimated cost of 236€. When I returned car, guy pulled receipt from mobile machine with cost 311€!! what the hell? There was e.g. fuel fee, even my tank was full. So I reclaimed and he said "oh I made mistake". So we went to office, recalculated, he put 248€ on receipt with pencil! I reclaimed and I was given final invoice for 236€. So be very very careful there!!!!

Thanks for AVIS for their service. You have to take shuttle from airport that is available free and each after 15 mins. It's will take 5 mins to reach AVIS..
