Sans contexte le plus bel hôtel de la côte basque dans un cadre exceptionnel avec un couloir de nage .le personnel est aux petits soins pour mon séjour . Le propriétaire très avenant m'a indiqué les endroits à découvrir ainsi que les restaurants incontournables de Biarritz
Refused to refund us despite our room filling with flies as we needed to open a window due to the heat & humidity.
Room service is all made by the butler. No staff after midnight. Location of the hotel is poor and in a residential area under the local flight path.

Must have bribed the local authorities to be granted 5 stars - no air-conditioning in any rooms (a pre-requisite for 5 stars).

Das kleinste 5 Sterne Hotel Frankreichs (nach eigener Aussage) - entzückend, beste Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr zu empfehlende Bar und wundervollen Champagner ....
