La chambre est propre , bien agencée.

The concierge is the nicest man there is. Arrived late and he was very kind and helpful. He made the stay perfect. The hotel is a little outside the centre but the metro is close and the price reflects the location. The room itself is ok, smallish but has a great shower.

This hotel was wonderful for location, close to the M1 and the best Boulangerie in town, and a couple of the staff members really went above and beyond for us.
I am incredibly angry about my laundry however. I handed in a dress to be dry cleaned 3 days before we were moving on to our next place and was told it would be ready in time. When it came time to leave they didn't have it back yet and asked to ship it to our home in Canada. Thank god I asked they ship it to our next location instead because they wound up charging ME for the shipping for their mistake! I was assured it would be ready, the information says next day service, and they were the ones who didn't hold up their end. I don't even want to imagine how expensive that would have been for me if I'd agreed to have it shipped home. I loved everything else for the most part, but this alone will make me think twice before staying with BW again.

Nice hotel a little distance from everything but a 7 minute walk to the subway. Grocery store is across from hotel very convenient. Staff is super nice too.

Hotel is fine, good location. But they don't provide ice because they have a bar and they want you to buy cold drinks at 3 times market rate.

Prestations de l'hôtel correctes malgré une localisation éloignée des transports en commun malgré le nom "Nation" quelque peu trompeuse. En effet, le trajet depuis la gare avec les bagages est fastidieux.

Friendly, pretty rooms, large bathroom with Kleenex. Hotel garage is for small cars, they warn you. Public parking may require some walking. In-room coffee and tea, but they forgot to refill cream and teaspoons. Good metro connection. No guarded baggage storage on checkout day, a cabinet not even locked under the staircase is not acceptable in a four star hotel. Cheap hostels do that better. Good breakfast.

Not really a four-star hotel. Staff is friendly and always very helpful, but cleaning in our room could have been better. Nice location, close to bel-air underground station.
