Convenient Hotel in the city. Rooms in their outback part are tiny. WiFi does not work. Staff is friendly, however slightly inexperienced. The bathroom is cleaned immaculately. Parking only for staff members

The staffs are very friendly. The hotel room is very nicely decorated and cozy.

There is wifi. Need a trick to get it working.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely historic hotel. Common areas were beautifully decorated. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods with healthy options. My bedroom was large with a skylight and king size bed. My bathroom was also quite large with a walk-in shower which I very much appreciated given my mobility issues on this trip. Close enough to center city to walk but far enough to be away from noise.

Nice rooms, and the location is a short walk from some stores and restaurants. Also, the citadel i twenty minutes away by foot. The breakfast wasn't great, but not bad either.

Good, clean, nicely decorated rooms, aircon, coffee making facilities, friendly staff, and courtyard parking. Good location to explore the city. Would return.

The only con is the parking. However the staff actually emailed me to ask if i need a parking lot after I booked the hotel.

Small but nice decorated room.

They also sell a locally made jam which is very tasty and unique. They are served as part of their breakfast.

Location is very nicely suited. Within walking distance. Too bad I only stayed for a night.

After spending a few nights in paris hotel, this hotel felt like heaven! Even the lobby and the basement are very nicely decorated. This hotel is not expensive.

Had a great one-night stay here. No issues with check-in/check-out and staff were friendly and all spoke English (if necessary) I believe. Location was good as not too central but still within walking distance to most sights in Besancon. Room was clean and modern (very purple!) and had a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was a separate fee so I didn't try it though there aren't a lot of other choices for breakfast close by so I would probably recommend shelling out the 13 euro each for breakfast at the hotel. Several parking spots in their courtyard though they do ask if you need to reserve a spot for a fair price (8 euro per day). Overall I'd stay here again as rooms and staff were excellent.
