The biggest plus about this place is the staff. From check in to checkout the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and provide above and beyond service. When we came back with a bottle of sparkling wine, the front desk lady got us a bucket with ice and two glasses. When we wanted to drink some local wine that we picked up, the ladies provided us a bottle opener and glasses. They provided great ideas for placed to eat and drink and even called and made us reservations.

This hotel is located very well. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. It's not the most modern room, but it isn't gross, just a bit outdated. I would definitely stay here again - given the price, it's a great value.

Standard France hotel rooms, small and simple. Can be loud on weekends as party revellers and bars are nearby. They leave earplugs on your pillow....

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and fair prices. Room no 241 is a little bit noisy but they gave us earplugs. In Strasbourg, everywhere is noisy I think.

One of the most welcoming and friendly hotels I have stayed in. The location is great providing close walking distance to all attractions and historic areas. The location also provides easy access by car and convenient parking if you are driving. There is Nespresso coffee maker and pastries all day everyday. There is a happy hour which provides free local wine and pastries everyday from 6 pm to 8 pm. They offer a mobile wifi hotspot for 1 euro a day which is one of the best connectivity solutions I have experienced while abroad.

The service at this hotel is one of the most welcoming i have experienced. The location is very central but still it stays quiet. The room was spacious and clean. I will definitely go back there if stay in strasbourg again.

Overall the high level of personalized service, attention to detail, great location and modern rooms made this hotel one of the best I have stayed in while in Europe. Great work to the staff and management!

100% awesome experience. We stayed in the Superior room, and it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and really beautiful! All of the staff were a delight to talk to. It's close to evetything in the city, and Happy Time was a nice surprise. Happy Time is a little reception in the bar where we got to try some regional wines and snacks. Yes, I will take both, please.

Very good place for stay. The staff over here are very Helpful, kind and generous. They even gave us the map of strasbourg and suggested what all places to visit and how to commute. That pretty much solved the whole puzzle of not knowing French over there. Highly recommended. :)

Love love love this hotel! Must find a history on the building! Beautiful inside with half timber style architecture. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We got here rally late and parking was full so they let us park right in front. Great location with crepes right across the street which I can recommend are very good too! The room was very spacious and beautiful.

The room we had was a bit small but seemed to be recently updated and was modern, clean, quite, and comfortable. The bathrooms were huge to include a giant tub. The rooms also had coffee and tea as well as bottled water that were all refilled daily. The house keeping is also wonderful and they cleaned our room mid day after we got a late start.

If you're in Strasbourg and want a centrally-located hotel, I couldn't recommend the Hotel l'Europe more. Thanks everybody!

Great location, small rooms but friendly staff. Internally beautiful and I recommend you get the breakfast included rate.
