Lovely place to stay. Very convenient to see this lovely town.Breakfast was fantastic and had lovely gluten free bread which was great for me as I am a cealoic. Loved the place.

Cosy seems a good match. Friendly staff and moderate prices if you just want to sip a cuppa waiting for the bus. Didn't stay this time around but prices are OK.

We arrived and there was a mistake with the booking and they hadn't a cot for our baby. Even though they didn't had one at their hotel and it was a mistake of the online booking website they immediately phoned another hotel to solve the issue. Not a big room, but nice and clean. All very new. A 10 minute walk to the beach.

We were here for the start of the Haute Route cycling event. As great as cyclists are, we can be a bit of a needy/demanding bunch. We were also dealing with lost bikes for the race. The staff at the hotel were simply AMAZING. They went above and beyond in terms of helping us (even calling the airlines on our behalf), provided a very early morning breakfast, and we're just generally helpful and kind. Everyone spoke English very well which made our lives easier too! A big thank you to the LOVELY staff at Karitza for all your help, support and patience!! The hotel is also well located - away for the water and busyness so it is quiet but also incredibly close (walkable) to the beach and waterfront, restaurants, and the fantastic Les Halles (a must see/do when you are here). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay easy and enjoyable!!

Just PERFECT! Reception staff were absolutely wonderful, helping with anything they could. I'd specially like to mention Melisa Lacrampt, afternoon shift and Sandra, night shift: wonderful customer service and simpathy.
