Great beer shop with a great selection that is reasonably priced. While perusing their selection, I also met the brewer of Pleine Lune, Benoit. Very friendly and helpful staff and cool suppliers/customers :-)

I had researched these shops prior to my arrival in Paris as I was looking to find a particular beer. When I finally made it to the location on 14 des Halles, the product was back ordered. However, the clerk was helpful in making suggestions and answering questions. He also directed me to another location with clear indications as well as verifying for me their inventory.

Good variety of world beers, though focused mostly on European beers. For a store as small as it was, I was impressed by the diversity and could appreciate the ability to purchase individual bottles.

The man spoke three languages that I heard. Very helpful in picking local beers. Was able to recommend a beer in each style of which I bought 4 for now. Made a recommendation for a beer bar by my hotel and even wrote down how to get there.
