Literally worst subscription service ever. I signed up for a 3 year The Economist subscription with monthly payments in November 2016 - the company billed my account twice but never sent neither confirmation of subscription nor access details.
After several unanswered "what is going on" emails I finally reached some guy on the phone - I had a feeling I am speaking to UK PM at least. He assured the have to (!!!!!!) investigate the matter and then will be back to me (On the first phone call in January 2017 asked to completely cancel my subscription and send me the refund).
Obviously the never got back to me - I wrote couple more emails and then after around 2 weeks the asked if I want to reinstate my subscription. Guys must be crazy.
I wrote I want them to send me the money as soon as possible - they said "its on the way" (guy's name was Eric Sahkoun). It was on 25 January. Obviously I haven't received it.
Now the company stopped responding to emails and phone calls too.

Il ne faut pas être pressé pour recevoir son magazine et ses identifiants ....1 mois pour la version papier ...et j'attends toujours mes identifiants !!
Rappel : nous sommes en 2015, à l'ère du digital !! un identifiant/mot de passe c'est l'affaire de 30 s normalement ... virage internet, certains ne savent pas le prendre et disparaissent , ça se comprend.
Vaut mieux aller voir ailleurs

Mr Daniel Chiche n'est pas capable de créer son compte digital et voila son remerciement pour l'avoir au finish créer à sa place !!! Ne pas être gentil avec les incompétents qui rale reste la rêgle car de toute façon ils diront du mal et vous aurez perdu votre temps à les aider

First it took them about a month after I subscribed to send me the first copy of The Economist. Moreover their customer service is deplorable, taking more than a week to answer your emails in case you want to change something in your subscription.
