Unassuming, very local, very French and very friendly. Family run business, well off the tourist trail serving generous helping of simple local fare.
Sitting in the square at lunch time under the shade of well pollarded Plane trees, watching what little there is of the world go by, is a salve to the soul.
At the end of the meal, our host came out with a bottle of Schnapps for us to pour at our pleasure. But there might have been an agenda here - the top was damn difficult to take off.
