After reading some of the reviews, we almost did not go, but we are thrilled we went. One of the few places to get escargot in Bordeaux and it was very good. Service was good and entre's were very tasty. I heartily recommend this café.

Bit expensive. Not particuarly good or bad. If you need to eat early though they serve food all day. Helpful when you have a small child and need to travel a couple of hours back home and no-where else starts taking orders until 7pm...

A clean and comfortable place, with lots of plugs built into the back area of the comfortable upholstered banquettes. On a Saturday morning while every place was still closed, the friendly staff here let me in, kept me supplied with delicious warm coffee while I worked away for a good two hours before I could have gotten into any other café.

Food, service and drinks menu was okay, better locally but quick service and cheaper menu made it a nice stop

Lovely setting, lovely salad, terrible service. Took 20 mins to order each drink, which they got wrong most times. Took 30 mins to pay. The other places on square must be better than this!

Slowest restaurant ever (2 hours for entrée + main course)! Very bad service. Food was just ok. Avoid this place!

Food was tasty and the wine was good. Nice place for some alfresco dining and people watching.
