Hi all,
I'm an English guy living in France. My (French) girlfriend and I have just spent 5 days at the 'Camping les Prés Verts' on the outskirts of Concarneau. We were looking for a campsite slightly off the beaten track which would allow us to spend our weeks holiday in a relaxing and tranquil environment. We certainly found that! When we arrived, the boss drove us around the nicely wooded site in his electric golf cart and asked us if any of the available 'pitches' took our fancy. He gave advice on wind directions, shelter and proximity to the facilities. We couldn't have asked for a warmer or more helpful welcome. We finally chose a 'pitch' based on his advice and our requirements. I spent most of the late-evenings sitting peacefully outside the tent looking at the stars and listening to the waves rolling-up the private beach a hundred-or-so metres away. There are 2 toilet / shower blocks on this site which are clean and well kept. There are also a number of recently installed holiday-homes (permanant caravans) which are perfect for those not liking tents. These all have small terrasses with a table and chairs. There is an outside swimming pool and a small boulangerie selling really good French pastries and bread. A crazy golf course wraps things-up. So, if you are looking for a calm campsite which is well placed to see all of the beautiful local sites this area has to offer, look no further. The owners live on site and are always on-hand to offer advice with their huge stock of maps and brochures etc. If you are looking for a bar / restaurant on site, look elsewhere!

Very nice staff. Plage near.

The site's greatest asset is its own beach, a seven minute walk from our pitch site. The beach is small, cosy but in no way crowded. It offers a perfect spot to swim, sunbathe and read. Walks along the coastline along the cliff begin from the beach.

L'accueil très à l'écoute et le personnel très agréable nous avons passer 5 nuit avec un ami l'emplacement tente est assez bien situé , proche du chemin qui mène à la plage, plage qui est assez privative petite mais agréable pour déjeuner ou se baigner ( attention au frileux). Les sanitaires sont normaux sans plus font leurs travails
