Probably the Chanel store with worst customer service! Have been to a few Chanel stores, but the staff in this one on just keeps on surprising me, they just can't be bothered helped you with any thing. The other day we went in to get a pair of shoes, we asked a member of staff if they had it, and the. He started laughing quickly before concluding they didn't have them. So we went to Nice to get them, as they actually wanted to help us

Poor customer service, sales are very rude, one associate took away the item while we were looking at it with another associate. Not many sales speak English.
