Very comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent staff, lovely bedrooms and a super restaurant with a great wine list. Nice location in a delightful village in Chablis but in large grounds with great views. Highly recommended and great value out of season. More expensive in the summer

Très bel établissement avec spa. Accueil parfait restaurant de premier ordre , les chambres commencent à vieillir.

The hotel being situated in the middle of nowhere, you are totally dependent on them for everything. And if you are eating at their restaurant be ready to endure the pretentious Japanese chef and personnel. Even asking for salt, which we never got, was like blasphemy.

Shame . Yes the photo of an empty box of tissues might have rights.. owned by LIDL. This is where they do their supplies. Enjoy your meal at the restaurant, not at lidl prices.

When confronted, their first response is: blame Booking and solve it with them. Booking DID! You can count on Booking’s service centre to help and guide you even to apply some friendly pressure when like here, the management was really not available to find a solution to our request. My mother at 89 was travelling with me and suffered an acute rheuma attack due to the damp conditions in and around the hotel.

Bel Hotel un restaurant très agréable avec un chef japonais qui allie la cuisine française et asiatique avec merveille, une très bonne pâtissière et un maître d'hôtel professionnel et très sympathique. Les soins du spa nuxe sont top et le personnel au petit soins. Le seul bémol le jacuzzi est trop vieux et ne correspond pas à la catégorie de l'hôtel.

For them we are a nuscance and the more money they can extort from us, the better. All tricks are to be expected.

Something the arrogance and inhospitable hotel forgot 100%. SAD
