This was the most wonderful experience we had during our 2 weeks in Barcelona and France. The place is beautiful, the cuisine -- gourmet, and the staff -- most accommodating.

The chateau easily beats Grand Marina (Barcelona), Versailles Palace (you know where), and all other 5 stars hotels we stayed in (Toulouse, Paris, Montpellier), though they all were up to snuff.

We stayed one night and we should have stayed there instead of the last place we stayed at. What a difference the staff makes. We were so welcomed and felt like a king and queen in this beautiful castle. The diner was amazing, the service great and the room really nice although smaller than I would have liked. The breakfast again could not have been much better. We have already recommended it to our friends and family. We would go back without hesitation. We enjoyed the terrace where we had our cocktails. One night was not enough. Thank you to the entire staff.

Delightful. 300 year old chateaux build up by a strong lady called Dorothy, who became influential on the European political.... Atmosphere plentiful, lovely forest path for a stroll, a pool and comfortable beds. The food it great too.

Thank you to the team for making this leg of our holiday memorable for all the right reasons. I will miss the afternoon swim followed by cocktails and amuse bouche on the terrace!

The hotel was incredible and service & staff excellent! I only wish we'd had more time to enjoy the grounds and the wobderful food more. The chef is outstanding and the dinner we had was unique, flavorful and was presented beautifully. The only suggestion I have is that the bed quality could be improved as they were very hard. Wonderful end to our stay in France!

Originally the private residence of a duchess, the hotel chateau has collections of porcelain in the entrance wings and two very grand dining rooms. The rooms are a little old style, however spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely accommodating. Your regal home from home!

I don't feel I need to elaborate more, the pictures on the chateaux's website speak for themselves. I just want to say "thank you" one more time.

Stayed here for 4 days as part of a tour through the Loire. An absolutely excellent experience from start to end. The Chateau is stunning, it is like living in an 18th Century palace! The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is very good also, not cheap, but very good value and faultless service. Our room was air conditioned, although the facilities say not, so I guess some are and some are not.

It was an amazing family experience. The outdoor pool was full of great fun.

I forgot to pack some stuff (grand cru from Bordeaux) on departure - no problem, the concierge held it for us until we came back from Paris 4 days later. On the way back we arrived after the lunch hours -- the chef prepared a gourmet lunch for us anyway.
