The rooms are lovely, they can get a bit hot unless you open the balcony doors though. Well stocked kitchenette, and beautiful bath/shower. A genuinely great room.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Wifi is useless. I had to work from hotel two days. Couldn't get anything done. Made multiple complaints but got no results.

No air conditioning, makes the room resemble a sauna. Shoebox size room and rude counter staff. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very disappointed with myself for believing the ratings of this hotel and booking a room here. Recommendations in other cities have been great.

Breakfast was poor but acceptable.

Rooms are large and confortable. Very friendly welcome. Service is only each 6 data (not enought). Good structure to apart hotel.

The service was fantastic, with the staff obliging and courteous. The rooms are also fantastic and come with a very useful kitchen!

Acceptable venue. Nothing fancy but very well located

It is Impossible to sleep due to the heat and when you open the windows (after rearranging the furniture to do so) the noise is too much. Bed was rock hard to make things even worse. Wifi didn't work either and staff didn't know when it would be fixed.

We ended up only staying one night out of the four nights paid for. It cost 300 euros to stay the remaining 3 nights at the ibis around the corner. The Ibis is 100% better overall and even has friendly staff. We even got a room with a great view for the same amount I wasted at citadines. Citadines refused to give me any refund on the 3 nights we didn't stay.

We had some problems when we arrived because it was late at night and the hotel was close. We had to call several number and wait, at midnight, for someone who to answer and give us some instructions to get into the hotel.

It was one of the best hotels in all over the Europe. I don't really understand why this place has such a low rating. The apt was clean and have all the essentials (e.g., elevators, laundry room, kitchen, nice bathroom, nice bed, extra sofa bed, and etc). Above all, the staffs were really friendly and helpful. I was doing my laundry and was short of one token (4 euros) and one of the staffs gave me one free. We stayed there during winter and the room was really cozy and warm. Some complain about the apt but I don't get it.. everything was very satisfactory. I strongly recommend this place and would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Halal restaurant right next to the apt was also very good. A+

The room was clean and OK- Shower temperature was not the best. I only stayed for 1 night so it was bearable. Staff are friendly and amenities close by
