I would like to share my experience with Corsica ferries - as our holidays in Corsica ended with a nightmare. We have booked night ferry from Bastia to Savona on 20/7/2017. 3 days before departure I received an email and sms (exclusively in French which I do not understand at all) that our ferry is cancelled and we need to rebook our trip. As I did not find any suitable night ferry for us online, I tried to call and find some solution. I have a little baby 6 month old, another baby of 2 years and a 10y old boy so it was very important for me to go with the night ferry. Via call centre they did not find any night ferry because all the cabins were booked (surpriselly !?) so we were pushed to go with an afternoon ferry to Livorno with the arrival at 17.30. As we have 1000km back home, I can not imagine now, how we will manage to get home by car driving all the night. I am very disappointed with the Corsica ferries statement - they told us to find any free ferry and they did not care anymore. But what can be available 3 days before departure in the middle of top season? I do not recomend to travel with this company

In principle it does what it supposed to do, which is ferry to Corsica...but what an old dump, and the prices on board!

Very bad experience. We were on the boat as pedestrians on the night boat. Took place in a normal seat. Everywhere were people sleeping on the ground. They charge you extra money for a seat upon the price of the boat. Staff was very unfriendly without a reason.

My god, bring your own!!!

Left from Lugano, Italy for Corsica. The car park staff were extremely aggressive and unfriendly. Food on board is expensive but good. All the restaurant staff was kind and friendly. The boats are slightly outdated (nowhere to charge your electronics) but Clean. But the entire organization of the loading of cars was terrible both times with 1 hour delays and then sending an email telling US to be on time. I really do not recommend you take this ferry line.

Old ships - I mean they need a renovation - but it's still great - the vest is the roof terrace

Plus they ripped us off with the return to Livorno...Please make sure to check and bring all relevant documents

Ship was ok. Food was good. Embarking is pretty bad organized, we were about one hour late with leaving the harbour, and two hours late with leavong the boat on arrival. Equipment is old and partially not functional.
