Super service. Wij waren het snoertje van onze ontvanger vergeten. Ondanks dat we slechts gebrekkig Frans spreken, werden we uitstekend geholpen door de zeer aardige man achter de balie, die uit een grote krat met snoeren, het juiste snoertje viste, wat we GRATIS meekregen!! Chapeau Darty!!

Excellent customer service. Bought a land line phone for my mother's appartement but turn out hers was working afterall. The return was without issue. We needed a small swiveling tower ventilator to exchange and we get warranty and can return or get item fixed or replace if anything else. We bought something years ago and we were still in the registry! Practical place. A bit crowded at time to pay or if asking tech questions but everyone is working hard and is polite and focused.We'll return!:)

Je viens de retourner acheter un téléphone. J'ai reçu ensuite un email pour la garantie. Très bonne idée !
