I would like to share the such bad experience I had with people who would rent a car with this company. I have rented a small car, RENAULT CAPTUR, for two days to travel around Marseille. The handle was vibrating on highway. When I returned the car and explained the condition of the car, instead apologizing, the statement I've got from one of manager was 'You should not drive on highways and the reason for vibration was since the car has small engine and we could not check every single car'. They did not check the car before rent out and I can't drive the car on highway, manufactured by RENAULT. Reconsider having contract with Enterprise.

just reviewing the location, rather than the company, which has always treated me well : this place is literally a hole in the wall, and turning sharply in off a busy main road is hairy. the single person at the desk isn't able to deal with multiple customers so expect delays.

The place is TINY! No real space for more than one customer. Very friendly staff though.

The place it is quite small, even though, the service was the best I received ever in a rental car, the girl Neuville was super kind, smiling and super caring about everything. We rent cars everytime we travel and it is also the same, bad faces, always trying to get money for any detail but this one was totally different! My girlfriend and I highly recommend this place.

We rented a car for a week. Booked well in advance and paid for. We arrived two hours late from our scheduled pickup time due to the train, but still well within operating hours. We were flippantly informed that they had "given our car away and had no more cars." After much complaining they offered us a car that someone had booked for the following day, thereby presumably inconveniencing them.

I've never had such unprofessional service from an Enterprise location before this.

j'ai louer un véhicule chez ce loueur enterprise ( avec prise en charge
des frais de location par mon assurance mondail assistance )
j'ai pris l'assurance accident ( 20 euros ) par jour pour diminuer
le montant de la franchise de 850 euros a 150 euros en cas
de collision avec un tiers .
Pour rendre service a ce loueur ( a sa demande j'ai ramené le véhicule plus tot que prevue.
d'une part il m ont facturé 20 euros sous pretexe que j'avais une demie
heure de retard . d'autre part j'ai fait 150 klm et j'ai payé 20 euros de
carburant car la jauge du véhicule était fausse .
