We had a wonderful stay at the site. It is a very organised, lively site with a lot of entertainment! It's a shame that you can't eat out doors on the bar terrace or in more places around the pool. I thought the road that leads into the site and goes past the pool is very dangerous and busy. It doesn't fit 2 cars down it and there are children running out of pool and around on bikes in a very narrow space. The cars need to be routed around the site so the pedestrian paths become calmer and more tranquil. It's very noise around the pool so perhaps there could do with a quieter pool space to relax by. We had a wonderful stay and the entertainment and exercise provision was fantastic and well planned. It would be great if the mobile home had A/C.

Lots of positives, entertainment staff very good as was shop bar and restaurant. Reception staff poor, we were not advised that bathroom needed to be cleaned until we were actually leaving which held us up for an hour, reception did not seem to care why this was not explained to us on arrival leaves a bad memory to a lovely holiday.

Would I stay again. Yes

Overall we loved it here and was our second time to the site.

The campsite is very handy for the beach and is ideally located to access tourist hotspots like Cannes, Nice, Monaco, St Tropez. The campsite is very clean and the pools are of a good size with a couple of slides. We stayed in a touring caravan in a luxury pitch with our own bathroom which was great. There is a good restaurant and the takeway restaurant is exceptional value.

Well paced camp site with reasonable facilities if somewhat showing signs of wear and tear in places.

Have been coming for the past 10 years and it gets better each year

I also feel that alcoholic drinks should be served at the pool bar.

Hardly 5 star.
Mobile home was extortionately priced for what you get (no sheets provided on beds, no toilet roll etc.). Admittedly we went in the high season (late July), but for over €1,000 for a 4 person cabin you'd think you'd get more for your money, given you're caravaning, which is a low overhead holiday type!
On one evening, we were woken up at 3am to the sound of people having sex, absolutely fine of course, however we realised an hour later when it was still going on that it was in fact a group of 4 people having sex outside their mobile home, in the middle of the campsite, which has families with young children everywhere. We phoned reception to complain and to be fair they acted quickly and stopped everything, which was very good of them. I spoke to reception the next morning to complain, they were just as shocked as we were to hear this, and apparently the person staying in that lodge used to work there! They said we would not have any more trouble. I would have expected that they would be asked to leave the site, as it's completely unacceptable given its a resort aimed at families with young children, but they were not. They stayed for the rest of the week. I've no idea what actually ended up happening between those people and the management but either way, totally unacceptable behaviour and I didn't feel much action was taken as a result.
Other things of note;
The pool was far too busy to enjoy, the 'rules' of the pool were never enforced (plenty of running, jumping and diving going on, balls being kicked and thrown everywhere, large inflatables e.g. boats were in the pool) all with only one visible life guard on duty to cover the whole area. I did not feel comfortable at all with my niece and nephew (4 and 6 years old) in the pool area, there were a number of occasions they were nearly jumped or dived on by other pool users. Overall very unsafe pool area.
The shuttle service is supposed to run every 30mins to Agay (nearest beach, which is lovely by the way) but would never keep to the time table, so you could end up waiting up to 30mins for a shuttle to or from the site. On one occasion my partner and I had planned to get the last shuttle to Agay (18:30) and were 10mins early to account for the variability in service, but at 18:45 the shuttle had still not arrived and when I spoke to reception to ask them for help they seemed to think it wasn't their problem and came across very uninterested in helping me. The taxi did eventually arrive and thanks to an extremely helpful passerby, who helped put across our point in French, we were able to get a lift.
Positives;
amazing location and scenery (the esterel mountains are beautiful!), Agay is a great little beach to visit and spend a day at.
I can see why some people would get a lot out of staying here. Plenty of entertainment for kids and families, so some might absolutely love it.
Overall:
Might be some peoples cups of tea, certainly not mine. I can see why people enjoy it though.

I loved my stay and I hope to go back again in the following years. Everything was really good

Wi-Fi not as good as other sites. Toilet blocks could be better.

However we do feel that the cleaning procedure at the end is very strict for a 5 star resort and the €100 fee for cleaning is very expensive - not something I expect to pay or have to do when on holiday at a 5 star rated resort. At least provide a mop so we can easily keep the floor clean during our stay.

It is ideally suited for young and teenage families, as the noise can be a little excessive, especially at 3am as they come out of the disco (you can't hear the disco as its underground).

The only thing I disliked was the concrete used for the poolside that hurts feet
