Was looking for a book for my kid, the guy told me he didn't have it. End of the story.
Went to fnac les halles, didn't have it either but the guy asked me to wait while he was checking other fnacs. He found a copy at fnac st Lazare called them and reserved it for me. Well that's what I call service!

Less items variety than a few years ago, plus the security controls to go in And out are too exaggerated. Did not feel lika a seamless shopping experience as it used to
