Currently being renovated, so it will presumably improve, but at present there are no elevators to some of the platforms etc. (so people with push-chairs, heavy luggage, etc. are out of luck)

Clean and tidy station. It's easy to navigate here. Train timings are quite accurate.

Nice railway station with decent frontage. Lack of elevators was annoying. Undergoing some renovations though.

Incredibly easy train station. Automated ticket booths and easy to read boards. Compared to stations like St. Lazare this is a cake walk from getting tickets to boarding your train.

the person in charge told me to take the train that was 15 minutes late and he promised me my connecting train would wait at rouen turns out there is no way the other train was going to wait so I had to spend a night in a hotel in rouen to catch the first train at 5 in the morning
