The compagny ignore my emails and my calls.

My experience: (From London to Marseille)

At the end of the day, my 2000€ bed is damaged and missing screws.

The worst removal compagny !!!

I have one bag missing (maybe more who knows) containing a 400€ dyson fan and some designer brand clothes, probably worth 2000€ the bag.

My make up table is in the trash, they destroyed it.

They mix up stuff with other clients so this is why they lost things,

At the end of the removal, they came back one hour after with a bad which belong to me, they released it 1h after.

When you sign with them you also pay for their insurance, when i asked the compagny to call ghe insurance to re paint my destroyed walls, no reply, they ignore you completely after job badly done.

London:
I sent them by email photos of all my stuff, they give me a price and we agreed to it.
The day of removal 2 guys arrive speaking 10% english and less french (I'm french), very hard for communication.
They have a too small truck.
They call another compagny near by with another exact truck and they ask me for more money to cover this, they dont give me choice, I pay or they move and my removal day is over. So I pay after hours of negociation with their boss Serge.
They should be more than 2, some furniture are heavy, they make marks on the wall and some hole with furnuture's corners.
At the end we have 2 trucks completely full and over loaded which is very dangerous for the road.

Marseille:
They arrive with a totally new different huge truck which is 3 times the size of the original one.
The road is too small and they cant drive in this road with it, but with the original trucks it would have been possible, they once again call another compagny to drive with a smaller truck from down the road (where the big truck is parked) to the house, the boss call me again to try to make me pay for their mistake to not have checked the roads before.
He is very agressive and threat pe to leave all my stuff where they are if I dont they more, after tones of negociation I have no choice then paying and keep my pride in mypocket for the sake of finishing this nightmare and finally living in my new home.
The staff is rude, dont respect your furnuture and your house, once again they are just 2 to come back and forth your house with heavy stuff, my home is new with white walls, they m de hige marks ln every walls, when you tell them they yall at you and say it's normal it's heavy.
Some furtinute have screws missing or are just broken but if you ask them, it was like this before.

At the end of the day, I wanted to use the cheapest compagny because removal is very expenssive, and at the end i paid more moneywise and moralwise than any other profesional compagny.
