The restaurant itself was nice, and that atmosphere enjoyable. Keep in mind that I was in a group of 20ish people, so the staff was under some stress at the time. I ordered the mushroom hamburger and the wait time was okay, not bad, but not very fast, but the mushrooms on the burger that I got were burnt and did not have a very good flavor to them, which ruined the rest of the burger. Most of the other people in my group enjoyed their food (minus some people who got the wrong order), so its not a bad place to eat, just avoid getting the mushroom burger.

Hard Rock Cafe standard. Very friendly staff and good food which is not the norm for France in general. They cater to the North American tourist.

Good location and very nice interior but a little pricey given you can eat locally for less. However it is a chain and you know the standard of food you're getting so the expense is to be expected.

Standard Hard Rock cafe hospitality. If you're a fan of the franchise you will like it here too. It seems we came in an off season period. The shop was closed and the regular front desk welcome party wasn't there tonight. As always the staff are very friendly!

Bad service. Waited 20 min for the beer. Ordered a steak with "seasonal" salad. It came 40 min later, and was cold. The "salad" was just some steamed broccoli, uneatable. Waited another 20 min for the bill. Only one waitress was running there like a mouse in a wheel, the others were just staying around and moving very slowly. The screens to watch football are very badly positioned, and too small.
It may sound like a biased review, but it is really so bad. The only good thing is some nice guitars on the walls.
Never again!

Great food. Especially the Local Legendary burger. Service was painfully slow though.

I don't know what is wrong with the owners, they're ruining what could be a Marseille icon with a stupid (and I imagine) easily rectified problem.

Worst Hard Rock Cafe in the world! The waiters, as well as the manager, are very rude. The opening time is never exact. We tried two times to buy a Tshirt from the Rock shop. The first try was not successful because we were too late, the staff told us it is opening until 7pm. OK, then the second time we arrived at 6pm, but it is closed again. The manager didn't even answer our questions, just walked away. Although they label the open time of the Rock Shop to 8pm!!! Never go again!

Absolutely lovely place,tasty food and of course the live music giving an awesome plus!Great atmosphere.
