I'll tell you what NOT to expect. Don't expect getting a bag like a Kelly or Birkin by waiting in line and in one try. Go to the one on Avenue George V for that. Here, they just tease you with small accessories or bad colors unkess you buy some other stuff like jewelry, or have a previous purchase record with them. The people are rude and obnoxious and are extremely stubborn. Good luck!!

I like to personally thank you sales associate Thony Hong for helping us and giving us a personal shopping experience with his details to our attention. We enjoyed the personal touch and service during our trip to Paris. We would be coming back again and love their product line.

The service here was impeccable, from the person who received me to the 2 ladies who help me with my purchases.
The only downside is the number of people in the store. It can be overwhelming at times.

BEWARE!!!! No refunds even if you have a receipt ...only a french store credit. What are we supposed to do with that if we dont live in France? I wasn't even told about the policy. Instead, they let me buy 3 items. Manager. is argumentative and rude.

The staffis very friendly. I've been there many times and never disappointed. The store can sometimes be very crowded.

The main thing I look for when shopping at high end stores, is service. The service at Hermès was impeccable! I was welcomed and asked if I needed any help, was able to Rome the store my self and take my time. When I left I said goodbye and they told me to come back soon.
