Long queue's but then again it's South of France! People here just take their time :) It takes time getting used to... The service was good. Extremely polite and courteous. The first car (fiat) we received had an engine problem, unbeknown to them. Luckily, we were still on their compound. The staff had to get fire extinguishers to cool the engine down as it overheated and was really smoking! Someone must have forgotten to top up the engine oil?! The warning came up on the dashboard (engine oil pressure low) plus the car kept spluttering and just wouldn't drive properly. Thankfully, we were safe and were given another car, which thankfully was fine. This was our second time using this company. The first time, I had forgotten my driving licence in England!! It arrived 3 days later and we were able to pick up a car. Thankfully, once again, the staff were empathetic and were able to find an available car for us to rent. Although the car was badly dented, we were grateful for the wheels as were were staying in a hamlet 1 hour away and needed a car to get around! :) The adventure continues..!
