Worse car rental agency ever, a shame to HERTZ group.
They charged me extra fuel charges because I did not provide them with a receipt which they FAIL to mention that I had to. They charged me for less than 3 litres of gas missing. Very unhelpful and rude staff which obviously make their money by robbing their clients. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute it and finally get a refund.
When I left the car on Sunday in front of their agency (closed) there were no available parking space which mean I had to partly park on the pavement. It is lucky I did not get a ticket for this otherwise I would have been charged for this as well.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this agency, they are not worth the stress they will cause you.

bonjour, voilà quelques années que je loue pour mon club et j'ai toujours été bien reçu dans cette succursale, le personnel masculin et féminin disponible et arrangeant de vrai professionnel merci philippe
