Very disappointed in the general attitude of the staff. It seems his hotel lacks care of their guests. For a Hilton standard, this hotel is way off.

Quite convenient if you're just passing through Paris. Rooms are reasonably nice and not preposterously expensive. Shuttle to hotel available from terminal 2. Some cleaning issues in my room but nothing major. Haven't tried the other hotels at the airport but would gladly stay here again

The skylight bar personnel is not very friendly. Ordered a bottle of wine and brought the bottle already opened?!?! Could not ordered food from the restaurant at the bar. Is an open area all connected ?

We had a maid walk in our room even when we had a Do Not Disturb on the door. The Hotel does not seem like Hilton standard. I would never stay here again. This Hilton needs some quality control if it is to have the Hilton name.

We had an issue with the first room that was assigned to us ---- it reeked of tobacco smoke. The staff was great about changing our rooms. Sadly we had to give up an amazing room layout but the smoke was unbearable. Glad we switched!

The hotel had mixed reviews & most people complained about it being far from central Paris. My thoughts were that it was easy to get to central Paris on the metro and the metro was a 5 to 10 minute walk inside the airport. It did take about 45 minutes. The hotel was decent. The lobby had a glass ceiling and my room opened to the lobby so the "window" actually opened up to the hotel instead of outside. There was a small fitness center & sauna. The airport shuttle was timely. I used it for pickup when I arrived but I actually walked to the airport when I departed because it was so close.

We are very disappointed in this Hilton. The lounge food is very subpar. The breakfast looks and tastes like Super 8 Motel food compared to a 1 or 2 star hotel. Lazy food pretty much all processed or bread - eggs look like they are from a jar - same exact food each day and it costs 25 euros!!!!!

I would never stay here again. Hilton needs to do an investigation into this hotel. I have stayed all around the world in Hiltons and this one so far is the WORST!!!

What a shame our 2 weeks in France ended up in this hotel. Once checked in and settled we wanted a drink and found there was only one glass in the room. Called room service and asked for another glass and a knife. A few minutes later room service called and said there would be a fee to deliver the knife?! I was not happy and told them, they eventually turned up with the glass, and a knife, plate and napkin and very graciously told me there would be no charge - thanks for nothing!
Used the bathroom and the flush did not work, in fact the flush mechanism had totally snapped?
In the morning we tried to print our boarding passes but we were told the business centre, that is part of their advertising, did not work. They eventually allowed us into the Executive Centre just long enough to use the printer then escorted us back out.
On our return to Canada we discovered they had charged our credit card for $153 even though the room was pre-paid? Reply from the duty manager, Sonja, said it was our problem and to take it up with our bank? We still have not received a refund.
We found the check in and bar staff arrogant and pretty condescending.

Got a special for one night stay. Convenience to port is priceless. I have stayed at better Hilton properties, but I won't lie, even that the rooms are outdated they have been well maintained in my opinion. The family rooms were perfect for my needs.

Food was expensive --- mini bar, room service and restaurant. Def stay here if you're staying to fly out the next day. If for a trip to view the city of Paris, find closer and more lavish if you may. Nevertheless, i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Quiet and has a nice restaurant. The staff was very helpful, polite and spoke excellent English. The only thing that really bothered me about this hotel was that they have three elevators, but yet only one was in service. It made waiting to get up or down quite painful...

Transportation to and from the airport and city is great. You can catch a hotel shuttle by Terminal 2E or the train shuttle. Each choice is only a 5 minute ride. The same train station near the hotel can take you into Paris. The offer an executive lounge for nightly drinks and breakfast for diamond status. The rooms are recently upgraded and the carpet is still soft and stain free.

Very nice room - clean and comfortable. One 1 out of 3 elevators working. Guests were riding up in order to ride down creating delays. No direct shuttle to each terminal so expect to walk a bit or call Uber as the are many around the airport.

I've stayed in this hotel many times since 1998. They make an effort to keep it updated. Very convenient to all terminals at CDG with the CDGVAL tram 100 meters behind the hotel. Also, the bus and train station are located behind the hotel. About a 30 minute train ride to the center of Paris on the RER. Friendly bar staff and good food, but rather expensive.
