Great customer service, clean establishment, American-style breakfast buffet with excellent variety coffee machine. Easy parking, 12 € overnight in garage or free with out door terrace. On major bus lines so just a few mins from old town. Ask for garden facing room to avoid traffic noise from highway. Surprisingly good sound-proofing. Did not hear autos from 3rd floor, pool-side room.

We were here just for the night. The hotel is not around the center of the town and we did not want to drive out again, so we just to give a try of its in house restaurant --- food was well done and service was very good too. So far it is one of the best food experience we had in France.

Rooms were unfortunately dirty. staff apologized friendly and offered a different room. unfortunately also here the cleaning could have been done better. the cleaning personal should be controlled as guest do expect a certain standard.
The bar was not good either. it's ok for a beer or one of the few cocktails from the card. I asked the guy to create a simple cocktail not on the card and he proudly said that he can do anything we want. I even told the 4/5 ingredients, but unfortunately it was not even drinkable.
The worse he negotiated a price with me..

They provided me a wrong invoice several times and then I discovered they charged my credit card also for breakfasts, which I'd never booked and never had. Solving that was difficult. Instead of admitting their guilt and apologising, they reacted irritated. I wouldn't stay there again.

You will need to take your own towel to use the pool...

breakfast also not included and poor (as usual in South of France hotels) but 32 euros for 2 adults is massive..
hotel staff should have advised on the price for breakfast upfront.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the staff should take a class in customer service - I was shocked how incompetent and rude they were.

Really good value for the price. Location is close to the freeway exit (but now in Summer 2017 the exit is closed for construction, so it's a bit more difficult to reach the hotel by car). Does offer a garage (with 2 Tesla destination chargers, offering up to 22 kW per hour), fortunately they have chosen to install the version with the long cable, so it is easy to connect in the slightly narrow parking). In addition the hotel offers a outdoor swimming pool, a nice restaurant and bar. My room (uneven number) was to the back of the building, therefore no noise at all from the road... Comfortable bed, perfectly working air-condition, enough electricity sockets to charge your devices. The only thing in the room I think is at the lower end is the lighting, especially in the bathroom... For me it really felt dark... Also maybe the missing safe in the standard room was a bit of a surprise - as usually Hiliday-Inns do offer one. Breakfast buffet not huge but fine. Staff friendly and available when you need them. In summary a very good place to take a rest during a trip.

Lovely place! Price and quality absolutely corresponds! The room was clean, the employees were really gentle. If you visit Lyon, this hotel is the best choice to stay, especially if you have your own car (they have a free outside parking)

Nice clean rooms. Location is a little out the way with the nearest metro station a twenty minute walk but good value
