If I could put less than 1 star I would. We booked our room online. We arrived late, no one there. We tried to get our key from the automatic kiosk, did not work. We tried to book another room from the kiosk, did not work. We called the number left on the door "in case of emergency", no one ever answered. So at 1 am we were in front of that hotel, with a booked and paid for room and we couldn't get in. We had to go to another hotel to get a room and now we'll probably have to complain to get reimbursed.

Pas de garde de nuit, voisin brillant musique et parle fort. Pas bien dormi. La deuxième chambre, odeur d'égout. Sinon confortable. Dommage.

Très bon accueil, personnel souriant et attentif. Chambre et salle d'eau confortables et propres. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est copieux. Hôtel très calme.

La quantité n'est pas présente, la qualité non plus. Très décevant, j'y étais déjà venu en 2009, j'en avais gardé un meilleur souvenir... Dommage car l'accueil y est très chaleureux. Ne peux que progresser en fait.
