The hotel is nice but the front desk manager lacks integrity. I stayed here for several weeks but moved in the end as the manager is difficult to deal with and he increased several times the charge for my wife to stay well over the price quoted on their website.

I have stayed here a few months ago and was very pleased however this time was disappointed... room was not as comfortable as before no bathrobes, shampoos,showercap etc....shower was also leaking... staff were really pleasant as always however nobody was in reception on our arrival

Nice situated near the city.
Large room with excellent size bathroom.
A little old fashioned.
The dinner was very good! We could order a small portion of every main meal and that was wonderful.
Everything was of good taste and quality for a reasonable price.
Hop to visit it again on our next years trip to Spain

Ik was er om dit hotel in een reisgids op te nemen en om een foto van de receptie te maken (niet eens van de kamers). Uiterst onvriendelijke ontvangst, receptioniste negeerde uitgestoken hand . Klacht ingediend en tot op heden een dikke maand na het bezoek nog steeds geen respons.

Nice location, great historical theme and building. There is place place for improvement for a 4 star hotel. The shower was bot clean enough, tolet seat dirthy and without desinfect sheet and dirth marks. No bathrope ore slippers. The food în the restaurant was also below expectation.
