Lovely interior in the suit I have stayed in, with beautiful big arch windows overlooking Chanel's museum.
Very good hammam spa on the lower ground and fabulous rooftop terrace with a swimming pool open for drinks from the bar. Great food served from the room service menu: generous portions of freshly prepared good quality ingredients.

Excellent location and facilities, the hotel has a heated pool and spacious rooms. It is located next to the Musée de la Gendarmerie and Channel.

The staff make you feel like at home, on top of the nice establishment​ they add an outstanding customer service to make sure you have a perfect experience. Thanks to the reception staff. You truly make an excellent team.

The Hotel is the only real hotel in the city of St. Tropez, with proper Full Hotel operations, house keeping, Room Services, concierge ...etc
The size of the room is excellent, clean, quiet, centrally located, near everything, walking distance, public parking is located underneath the Hotel, however I would always recommend to give the car to the Hotel concierge, who will look after the parking valet,l for only a small amount
Staff are excellent, very knowledgeable, they will escort you to your room, explain everything needed, breakfast is fine, Coffee Machine is only available in the Suites,
I tried many hotels in the area not worth the amount paid, Hotel de Paris is the best and worth every penny... asked for late check out with no complications request was accepted, after check out, the concierge will take care of your luggage if you want to walk around the City, places the luggage in the car and kept the car for no extra charges...

Very close to city center. An easy walk to many vibrant restaurants, shopping, and the port. (Even in heels!) Great service. The hotel staff were beyond accommodating, polite, helpful. Wonderful experience.

I booked a terrace suite at Hotel de Paris at the end of my May 2016 for my the evening before my Wedding and our Wedding night, at Euro800 ++ per night I was very much looking forward to my stay at Hotel de Paris which claims to be one of the top hotels in St Tropez. The following is a list observations:

- We informed hotel management 3-4 months prior to arrival that we would be staying at their establishment over our wedding, this would include us taking some pictures in the room. Upon check in we were shown to our room which was on the first floor (very little natural light), we were somewhat disappointed by this given our prior notice that we were staying at their hotel for the most important day of our lives. The room also stunk of cigarette smoke, we called management and very kindly offered us a different room.
- On the morning of our wedding I had family members over to enjoy some champagne and take some photos, when we left I called room service to ensure the room was cleaned when we returned from the St Tropez city hall. When we came back the room had not been cleaned, a staff member had been to room to take down a sun umbrella but clearly didn’t think to clean the room. So my new wife and arrived to dirty room. I immediately called up and asked than someone come and clean the room, a waiter came and removed approx. half the glasses etc – he did not return. At this point I simply cleaned the room myself and left the dirty dishes by the front door. Not something I thought I would have to do on my wedding day
- The food – I ordered a club sandwich via room service, it was horrible. It had about one jar of mayonnaise on supermarket quality bread. The breakfast (at a cost of Euro31) was below average, there was one staff member serving the whole restaurant, coffee came out cold and the buffet was average. Do not bother with this breakfast, you can get a much better food at any small restaurant in St Tropez for half the cost. The quality of the cheese we order via room service was very good so no complaints there.
- The service – overall below average, apart from a 1 or 2 employees I would say the staff on a whole were really rude – whether it was simply asking for directions or trying to explain the problems we were encountering with their hotel. When my wife and I returned from the city hall (my wife was wearing her wedding dress) not one person offered us their congratulations – again just not level of service you would expect at a five star hotel.
- By the time we were ready to check out all I wanted to do was get out of the hotel and return to my parents in laws house in St Tropez, I should never have booked this hotel and I would highly recommend any other potential guests stay away (you find much better hotels in St Tropez). I sense that this hotel only cares about VIPs not the average guest. I would never expect anything for free just because it was our wedding day but would have felt that for Euro800++ per night we would have received better attention. On checkout they did offer us the mini bar for free but this didn't not compensate for the experience we had or overall cost of the stay.

If management reads this post – My wife’s family lives in Paris in winter and St Tropez in the summer, they were shocked to hear about our experience. We return to St Tropez every summer and will never recommend your hotel to anyone that travels with us. We live in HK and have stayed at number five star hotels, I would highly recommend you visit Asia and learn about the level of service and quality that a real five star hotel offers. Poor form!
