Rooms are extremely small..bathrooms are almost unusable, maybe if I was the same size as a six year old girl. Air conditioning doesn't work and when I asked the front desk they said they turn it off during the winter season, meanwhile it's 22° outside. I read reviews from the summer season and people were also complaining about a/c not working. LIES!!!

Small rooms but worth it for the money. Quick and easy breakfast bar. Great location for site seeing. Great wifi reception.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful, rooms were a bit small but comfortable and clean. The ones overlooking the backyard are quieter. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and very complete. The only bad thing it's that's a little distance away from the city centre, so a lot of walking to get anywhere! Otherwise, it's great to get in and out by the highway.

Everything was ok except for the AC in the room. It does not have parking but you have a free parking lot right next to the hotel. Is just 20 min. walk to the Palais des Papes

Room very small no facilities to make tea had to buy no restaurant the staff made it if you asked them and it was always cold.
The staff were lovely and helpful but wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Rooms were fine, and breakfast was great! Very good bread. The hotel was within walking distance of downtown and the important places. You get what you pay for with the price.
