Hotel roims clean and functional. Staff good and very helpful. A major dislike though is that dogs are allowed INSIDE the hotel restaurant with all the dangers to health that can present!

Attention hotel en rénovation !!! Chose qui ne vous dises pas ni sur le net et autre. J'avais ma réservation d'une chambre pour trois, sauf que la chambre étais en travaux la deuxième que l'on fais étais pleine de poussière, alors au final on nous donne deux chambres doubles sauf que l'une de ses deux chambres n'avais pas été nettoyée bref on me redonne une autre chambre, enfin c'était tout bon!!! Résumé: HOTEL PROPRETÉ LAISSE À DÉSIRER CHAMBRE TRÈS MAL INSONORISER MANQUE DE PERSONNEL ET POUR FINIR LE PETIT DÉJEUNER DANS UNE SALLE DE RÉUNION.

Le doy cinco estrellas a este Ibis por varios motivos, pero principalmente por su relación calidad precio. La cama super cómoda y no se oyen ruidos de otras habitaciones. El parking es gratuito. El personal, todos, super amables. Las toallas "secan"...en fin, varios detalles que en mi opinión lo hacen muy recomendable. Insisto, por lo que cuesta, merece la pena.

Muy decepcionados!

Absolutely amazing! Food at restaurant was worth the money. There was a great working flat screen TV with many ports. Free WiFi was enough to surf the Web etc but the paid wifi worked much much better - worth €1.99 for the night. Rooms were really clean. Shower worked well with 3 in 1 body wash. Sink had working hot and cold water. Extra pillows if needed. Adjustable air conditioning. In walking distance of some shops but 5 min walk to a bus stop is needed to get to town - about 40 min walk. Receptionists are very friendly and speak English so it's easy to check in.

Very reasonably priced half board. My main meal was cold and congealed and no one enquired why it went back untouched but standard of rest of food was good. Watch accuracy of bills!

Stayed here for two nights. First night the air conditioning was out in the whole of the hotel and it was 33c! What can you do? Staff were cheerful enough although no offer of a free round of drinks or anything was suggested. A key use used to access the room instead of a keycard so everything is a bit dated. Housekeeping was awesome though! Good value for money when the air con works and free parking. Not far from Le Clerc and also the german border.

Teníamos reservada una habitación triple y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaban en obras.Cuando entramos en la habitación nos llevamos una gran decepción pues había papeles de obra por el suelo y montañas de polvo por todos los sitios ,no se habían indignado ni a limpiarla.Nos fuimos a quejar y nos dieron otra,que estaba en la misma situación ,de nuevo nos quejamos y nos dieron una tercera,la cual,estaba sin hacer, (a todo esto,no se indignaron ni a acompañarnos ,lo que demuestra su poca profesionalidad ).
Llegamos al desayuno a las 9 y como el comedor estaba completo nos pasaron a unas cuantas personas a una sala de reuniones,que no estaba para nada habilitada.Nos hemos llevado una gran decepción, lo mínimo que deberían de hacer sería informar al cliente de que están en obras y si debido a esto no tienen capacidad deberían de ajustarse a la situación y no coger reservas.

Everything could have been good if....the truck that started to unload the food from 6am would not have been there at that time. I guess all rooms next, above and under me on that side might feel the same. Guys don't care when rolling their trolleys and unloading each metal basket. Will see what they will find for excuse! Really to bad, i lost 2 hours sleep!
