The staff was sooo helpful and Wilfred at the lobby desk was amazing! He was a pleasure to meet in Bordeaux, such a helpful and delightful person

The twin room is kinda small for two people. The breakfast is not bad, and it's included in the room price. The location is great if you want to be close to the train station, but for sightseeing consider a hotel in the city center. This hotel is next to a tram stop, but it runs every 30 minutes.

Hotel pas très accueillant de l'extérieur. La cour intérieure pas très bien entretenue et vide de toute décoration. Seul avantage l'hôtel est placé juste à côté de la gare. Correspond plutôt à un deux étoiles

A bit outdated and cleanliness below average. If you just book this place to sleep after a long day in the city of Bordeaux, you'll like its central location right next to the main station. But besides that, don't expect to much. Staff was friendly, breakfast o.k.
