Dear Manager at Hotel Kleber, there was a girl at the front desk at our check in (Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was there during the day of our stay which was a Saturday-Sunday).
GIVE HER A RAISE !!!!!!
Perfect English and extremely polite (which trust me is rare in Paris).
lets be clear she is the only reason I'm giving this 5 stars cause we had no internet while we were staying there (they blamed it on some sort of system malfunction) which caused us a massive headache.
We would have appreciated to be compensated for it which but weren't.
Either way the hotels location is amazing, the rooms are nice, clean and cosy.

Nice hotel a bit off the beaten path. Metro lines are not as easy if you are a tourist. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is older, so they constantly have to renovate. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed our balcony!

Nice hotel in the heart of Paris I enjoyed my stay, easy access to all transport and very close to Eiffel tower

Good location, only one of the 4 staffs were nice and polite. Basic but comfortable room. No view from window

Staff speaks some English and is very friendly. Good cleaning service. Stay here for the great location!
