The Receptionist was terribly friendly and helpful - I would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting the area.

The room I stayed in ver small for the price and the bar and the restaurant unfriendly staff I did not speak very well French so I was ignored the staff need to understand to be more friendly to guest and not pass me on to the next. Person.

Un hôtel avec un accueil agréable. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, mais manquant de personnalité.
Le déjeuner est copieux,
La carte ne se renouvelle pas assez

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Very family friendly. Within easy reach of Rouen centre.

J'attends toujours le règlement promis du petit déjeuner facturé indûment le 1er janvier dernier pour un montant de 10,90 euros.

Chambres propres et calmes. Personnel agréable et disponible. Wifi gratuit avec la chambre. Restaurant avec des plats très intéressants. Petit bémol l'addition grimpe rapidement.

Hôtel très bien tenu, chambres agréables. Wifi gratuit sur inscription. Le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité. Parking gratuit. A proximité d'un centre commercial.

Hôtel vraiment sympa, chambre très bien tenue et un sauna est même disponible.
