Petit hôtel familial de centre-ville de très bonne qualité. L'entrée dans l'hôtel est un peu déroutante (direct un escalier pour mener à la réception, donc non accessible aux fauteuils) mais une fois passé, on a que des bonnes surprises.
L'hôtel a été récemment rénové, avec simplicité et bon goût. La chambre était propre, un peu petite (mais grand lit, grande douche) mais on est en centre-ville donc tout à fait normal.
Le petit déjeuner (plutôt continental) est de qualité, avec des produits régionaux.
L'hôtelier est très sympathique et on voit que c'est naturel. Appelez plutôt que de réserver en ligne, vous pourrez peut être avoir un geste commercial. Cela a été mon cas et au final l'hôtel a eu un rapport qualité/prix imbattable.
Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

The gentleman who works here has been fantastic from recommending places to eat to showing us famous places to visit on the map. The hotel is clean and spacious and for the price, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Old hotel and infrastructure, strange smell. Very nice owners and central in Caen.

We loved our stay at Hotel La Fontaine! The rooms are clean, spacious, and inviting. Beds are comfortable. The family room was great for two older boys and their mom. Breakfast and parking were super. We got terrific recommendations on restaurants and nearby activities. Mattieu and his family had made this a great experience for my boys and me. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, recently redone, friendly welcome, only issue was the lock on our door was a bit finicky but otherwise great for the price
