Both times I have had lunch here were way above normal expectations. Service is exquisitely professional - dark jackets, aprons etc. Tables dressed immaculately in linen. Delightful wines suggested by staff to go with the meal.
I'd go to France just to eat here!

Recommended by the Michelin guide but my entree of chicken was tough, the garnish of black pudding inedible, and the salmon starter was dry as if it had been left out overnight. Avoid.
Maitre d was unapologetic, they should have been ashamed.

Très bel endroit. Trop court a mon goût pour tout découvrir dans la région. Bon accueil. Un très bon petit dejeuner. Un personnel impeccable

I have been staying at this hotel in all seasons. Varied menus, always delicious and very comfortable beds. Staff very kind and welcoming. I will keep coming back.

Tipico piccolo hotel a nord di Caen. Camere spaziose e ben tenute. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Caen ma anche le zone dello sbarco di Normandia. Difficile trovare posto nel piccolo parcheggio.
