Très bon accueil, toujours du personnel à disposition, chambres très propres avec des lits King size, douche à l italienne, sèche cheveux. Dispose d' un bar et d'un restaurant servant aussi le petit déjeuner. A proximité d' un centre de thalasso, à proximité du centre ville de biarritz et des plages.

Great place NOT close to the main attractions in Biarritz. To be a little off, gives you the chance to go or to stay, and the stay is quite nice. Also, the chance to visit the spa and relax in the salty waters, makes this choice a superb one whilst looking at prices around. Free parking on premises is also nice.

I do not recommend the restaurant. For breakfast, the fruits, some are too ripe, some not enough. Avoid those bathing in water at all cost. The hot-chocolate and capucino are excessively sweet. The coffee is bad. The pastries, the bread, the juices and the meat are good. The scrambled eggs have too much cream in it.
For dinner, the menu doesn't match with what you get in your plate. Ask for an "oeuf poché", you get "oeuf mollet". Ask for grilled vegetable, you get steamed vegetables. The quality / taste may vary. The starters are so-so. It could be better. To me, it's a bit expensive as well.

Waiters are very nice and helpful. The service is nice overall.

Overall, very nice service but the hotel may not worth the money.

The bed was super-hard. A pile of bricks would be more comfortable.

The room is okay but nothing more. It's somehow incomodious (There is a huge closet wasting the room space). The safe isn't big enough to store a thin 13 inches laptop. The bedsheets are clean and tidy with additional blankets. The furnitures are clean and modern but the room decoration mismatches.

Bon hôtel un peu vieillot, grand lit avec matelas de bonne qualité mais revêtement de sol à revoir. Le personnel est très professionnel. Le restaurant a le mérite d'exister et pratique quand vous arrivez.
