Incredibly friendly staff throughout the entire stay, though the level of service was insufficient for a 4* hotel. At breakfast and the one time at dinner it was difficult to get served as staff was always disappearing leaving the room un staffed.

Clean and compact hotel, centrally located and close to a fantastic patisserie. With a good selection of TV channels (BBC 1/2) - the Balcony had a nice side view of each mountain, facing on to the road (quiet/no noise). Staff were attentive and even came outside to find me when I left a washbag - great service.

Beautiful lobby, and premises. The shared terrace doesn't allow a full private setup. Professional and friendly staff . a lovely experience . would do it again

We also had issues with the heating in the room and it took 3 days to resolve. Ultimately I just had to switch these off!

Wonderful modern hotel and spa in the heart of town. Rooms could be a little bigger but offer all the necessary amenities. And it's nice and clean.

Overall it is a nice hotel but the facilities themselves do not make up for the low service quality, despite incredible friendliness. This would be an amazing 3* hotel but I don't recommend it as a 4*.

The ski lockers were well designed with an air flow that ensured shoes were dry in the morning. The spa was much appreciated though the steam room was disconnected a few times (kids running around leaving the door open) and loose tiles in the relaxation pool left exposed sharp edges.

So fantastic. They upgraded our room and we had a balcony with an unbelievable view. Great staff. So good to our toddler. Will definitely come back.

I did like the place but to be honest I wouldn't rate it as a 4 stars and just so you know I'm from the industry. The rooms are neat and tidy and the view from the bed unique but our room was quite small. The shower was no great at all, very noisy and take ages to warm up. The SPA is ok but lot of issues there too specially the floor that need to be redone. My big disappointment was about the restaurant, food was good but the only night we had dinner there it took 3h to go trough a 3 courses meal and I won't even mention breakfast. One the positive note the Staff is very nice although some my need a little bit of training. Thanks to Kevin who made a point of making us happy at the bar!
Will go back but definitely not at the same rate per night.

This hotel is the best that I've already booked in my life, the room is very comfortable with zero noise and also has a awesome view to the mountain.

Very friendly andre good service. Wellness located. Walking distance to both Chamonix downtown lifts and train station. Nice hotel, good roms, spa and wellness area downstairs and a rooftop terrasse. Recomended
