Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The beds are uncomfortable, the showers are tiny, there are some sort of pumps in the bathrooms that made awful noises through the night. The manager / owner is probably the most unfriendly and rudest person I have ever met in the hospitality sector. She could speak English until we asked her for something. We asked for clean towels and drinking glasses and she nearly told us to F- off. If we came back late from skiing due to apre ski (7.30pm) she would give out about having to open the ski locker room. This place is probably cheaper than most places in Val d'isere so if you are on a tight budget this place may suit you, If you find somewhere a little more expensive I would grab it with both hands.
One positive is that the breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful.
