Loved everything about it, the only thing I hated was the fact that an A/C room has an A/C that does not work! We contacted them about it and they said "i'll see, i'll see" and no one showed up. It made the first night impossible to sleep and for the next 3 night we just slept uncomfortably with the windows open.

Hotel chic, situé a 20mn à pied du centre d'Annecy via un sentier forestier qui permet d'accéder à la plage des Marquisats. Excellent petit-déjeuner, possibilité de petits pains sans gluten si signalé la veille à la réception. Spa avec piscine intérieure chauffée, sauna et hammam. Chambres propres et bien insonorisées.

The window frames had spider webs in them.
One of the lightbulbs in the room were out.

Excellent hôtel ! Chambre chaleureuse et saine, service en chambre pour manger efficace, piscine extérieure et intérieure avec vue sur le Lac d'Annecy, SPA, petit déjeuner et salle de restaurant sublime !

Excellent little hotel. Wonderful view, nice and new - although small - rooms, good service.

The views are superb. There is a bit of a hike through the forest to get to the city, takes about 15-20 minutes.

The Terrace was gorgeous, and bathroom toiletries were nice.

I did not like not like the automatic jacuzzi in the bathroom which turned on every-time the water was on.

Great place, we got a room upgrade because we literally packed up and we're going to leave because the AC was not working, it was although the first week of warmer weather. But 28 degrees in the room was too hot, this was in early may. They ended up upgrading us to a different room and the ac worked there. In the end had a great time.. It is pricey but worth it. Although we choose to dine somewhere else cuz prices are like 5 star restaurants there. Pricey wine and beer too. But you are in the centre of the French alps with gorgeous views. Amazing amazing views!
