The hospitality was superior. I felt like I was being welcomed home from the moment I arrived. This hotel is in the quiet town of Flagey Echezeaux making it remarkably easy to navigate Burgundy . The value for the room is as good as it gets in all of France. This is a quiet, comfortable, safe and very pleasant place to stay. It will be my go to hotel in Burgundy as long as Madame Gouges is the proprietor.
Maybe the best part of the stay is breakfast. Again, the value and quality is unmatched in my travels around the world. Great, fresh and delicious food at an incredibly fair price. I wish I could have breakfast here every single day. Or at the least, have the chef send me his breakfast wherever I am.
This hotel is one of the great secrets of Europe. On one hand I want to tell everyone, and on the other, I want to keep it a secret for me to enjoy.

Très bon accueil, la propriétaire est charmante, et toujours prête à vous indiquer un lieu touristique, un restaurant....L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Les petits déjeuners copieux. Rien de négatif, une bonne adresse très bien située pour visiter la région.
