The best hotel i ever stayed in Annecy, the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The price compared to other hotels is perfect if you book earlier.

Hotel quite old, my room was for two and there was no closet! Was even small for one people, luckily I was only with a small trolley. Bathroom was just sufficient and elevator just embarrassing... I don't know how it can be 4 stars...

This is the smallest Mercure i have ever stayed in. Air con was great and room was very clean. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you! It was very quiet room with a comfy bed. P. S. The elevator had life on its own.....i was stuck in it for 5 min with a Chinese lady, now I know how to be pro-active in survival skills Chinese style....lol. i would come back.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and the old town. The bathtub is a death trap however; very deep and narrow with sharp (!) corners on the inside for some reason. I cut my toe on the first night and bled all over the place. The room was overcrowded with furniture; there were 3 chairs/stools along with a table that dramatically cut down the available walking space. One would have been fine.

Difficult to park around. Small rooms. Breakfast ok, clean.
