Check in time was 8pm and no discount offered which was disappointing. However rooms were clean, modern and very spacious. Bathrooms very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful large rooms with chiller in the room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast to die for mainly continental but some hot food. Best continental breakfast I've ever had. Convenient for restaurants opening late.

Lovely hotel in lovely area with lovely courtyard dead quiet at night lovely breakfast only problem is when Troyes are playing it seems commonplace if you look at other reviews rooms cannot be ready until 20.00 to accommodate the football teams. I was ring in advance about this and objected as had 7 hour drive in advance and a dog. Despite saying it would be okay when I arrived they again tried to tell me the room would not be ready till 8 pm. After objecting loudly got a room but it seems there is no offer of events free drink or discount for not getting your room for 5 hours. That is poor. My advice is check Troyes football fixtures ! Troyes itself nice lively mixed town with good nightlife and good choice of restaurants of all nationalities.

The hotel is nice and modern. The rooms are big with lots of free space. The beds are comfortable and everything is good quality. The placement of the hotel is in a slightly rougher part of town but it is ok. The view from our rooms wasn't great but if you were in a higher up room the view would be nicer. Overall a very good experience.

Good hotel, nice rooms. The breakfast also offers more than enough choice. Since it's part of a hotel group, it's a safe choice.

I stayed here three nights total with a few days away in-between. My first experience was four star second two. Hence the 3 stars. There's a huge amount of competition in this sector. It's on paper a good mid range hotel. My first experience was good as my room was a true double bed and my shower was in the ceiling and everything worked happy days. Not for my mother in law whose toilet kept flushing all night. I won't go into details but she told reception and nothing was done so she tried to flush the toilet with the waste paper bin. That didn't work. She also didn't sleep with the noise of the toilet. Bad for her. We were on a car rally and the underground carpark was welcome especially when you are in a classic car. However when we returned a few days later we were told the carpark was booked out and the prices we had agreed of the rooms had increased. I had two single beds loosely tied together and a terrible shower. It's a mixed bag this place. Our experience of it was exactly that. Sorry to be such a dull review but on the plus side breakfast (if you get it included in your rate) is great.
