Family hotel on the outskirts of Beaune, but close to restaurant and a Carrefour supermarket. Nice and clean room.

Our 2 days stay went fine: room are clean, spacious enough and staff are helpful.
Location is fine as long as you drive.
They could have improved on the breakfast: some flies around and some dishes not clean.

Standard Novotel's quality.
Standard room.
Restaurant was full, service and food was a disaster.
Price always high for this level of quality

Service and the environment arequite good. However, there is not any store or supermarket nearby. Also, transportation is a problem. You cannot access to this hotel by train.

The rooms weer good, the wifi was free Birds a bit slow. The food was good.

We must boycott businesses that provide poor customer service. I had the worst experience with Beaune Novotel staff via email. A few days ago I booked by accident the wrong date by not updating the month. Now they have refused to change the date or refund me the money. It was a honest mistake that was realised 1 day after. Thanks Novotel and Accor Hotels great service to a repeating customer.

A nice and abstract hotel. The employees were friendly and the room was nice and warm.
