Very good hotel nice but room could do with a refreshing and up dated .hotel is 10/15 minutes from town centre but it has a good bus service up to 4 am only during the summer hotel as good food and a swim pool

I had a spacious room on the second floor. There was even a couch that could unfold into a cot. I heard from several of my friends that also stayed on the second floor that their rooms had a door to an adjoining room. Mine did not. This door was not locked and had no lock available. It could be easily opened. I would recommend you ask before hand and request a room without an adjoining door. The bed was a little hard. There was a small bottle of Evian provided for free daily. The food in the cafe downstairs was quite overpriced and it was medicore at best. The location is good as it is about 10mins from the beaches of Biarritz.

Accueil chaleureux Hôtel rénové au niveau des parties communes. Chambres spacieuses et calmes. Côté restauration : Excellent, même en room-service. Très bon service. Rien à redire.

The deluxe room was ok, clean, not very spacious with 2 kids. Breakfast buffet was fantastic! Staff super friendly and helpful. All in all recommendable hotel.

Super endroit pour un week-end en famille. Chambres et PDJ de bonnes qualités. Jardin et piscine magnifique. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffé un peu.....

Good location, and the entrance is nice, but the rooms do not have any fancy features, the bathroom is a bit "cheap", AC doesn't work even if it's too hot in the room...
Hairdryer didn't work, there was a missing light bulb and no cleaning brush in the toilets... This hôtel do not deserve its 4 stars.
We will probably never come back.
