Hotel smell weird. It's like a humidity, mold. People in reception are not nice. It feel like they are doing some kind of favor for you. Hotel itself is old and smelly. They don't tend to respect you loyalty cards. WIdows in room are without handles - not possible to open...

Friendly staff. Always welcoming when I visit. The tram stop is in front of the hotel making it very convenient for getting around Clermont-Ferrand.

Clermont Ferrand become our break location when coming back from holidays thanks to this hotel. Clean, everything you need in the room if you're travelling with a baby (mini kitchen with dish washer, microwave, fridge and 1 electric cook), good breakfast and a park right in front of it. We now stay more than 1 night to visit the old volcanos nearby. We will come here again.

The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. Good sized shower/bathroom (I'm American and not all bathrooms feel very big in Europe). The breakfast was also very good. Would not mind staying here again.

Very nice and affordable hotel in Clermont-Ferrand. A great breakfast selection. Comfortable rooms. Only it's good walk to the restaurants in downtown Clermont but, hey, one will need to work of the calories of all that good food there.
