We charged our electric vehicle here. In the meantime we ate an icecream. They forgot half the order and after 20 minutes they asked us if we had ordered anything. We answered to have ordered ice cream and so an already half molten ice cream was served of which some tastes were wrong too. But perhaps this was a one-off. Novotel is not the cheapest place to stay or have food.

Chambre sympa mais petite salle de bain
Prsonnel acceuillant mais service du diner completement dépassé et incompétent.
Bonne cuisine et très bon petit déjeuner

food is fine.
but nothing worthing to specifically go there... (sugar on my caramelized pie was not even melted, like micro waved baked ...)

Excellent hotel for a night when traveling to the south of France. Great and friendly staff, good rooms and breakfast. Short drive (5 minutes) from cosy Valence center with some nice restaurants.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien équipées (bouilloire, coffre fort, frigo, station radio rechargement de téléphone...). Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Petit bémol sur la cuisine qui n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de la prestation (la présentation n'est pas soignée, les recettes basiques). Pour moi manque un vestiaire dans la partie sauna/salle de sport qui est pourtant attractive mais assez mal signalée.

Very nice hotel, clean, nice rooms, great pool area .

price are ok due to that.

air conditioning is SO NOISY

restaurant : staff is quite ok but not really professionnal...you easily will hear the manager speaking very bad at his team (when i was there at least). also many cursing, and bad words between employees... as if they were at HIgh School, forgetting customers are around... not professional at all.

very old style (in August 2017).
